You have reached the website to file an anonymous report of an incident which you believe violates or will violate the Invacare Corporation Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”). Invacare appreciates your honesty and proactive nature in reporting any such situation. At the top of this page, you will find links to the Code of Conduct and the related Whistleblower Policy that are applicable to every Invacare-owned company worldwide.

In summary, the Code of Conduct and the Whistleblower Policy express Invacare’s policy to promote:

  • Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships;
  • Acting professionally and doing business with integrity as well as treating people and the environment with respect;
  • Full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in Invacare’s annual and quarterly reports and in other public communications made by Invacare;
  • Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations; and
  • The prompt internal reporting to an appropriate person or persons identified in the Code of Conduct of violations of the Code of Conduct and the underlying Invacare policies and procedures that are incorporated into the Code of Conduct, such as the Whistleblower Policy.

Each report will be investigated and, if substantiated, resolved through appropriate corrective action and/or discipline. Any associate who violates the Code of Conduct and/or any other Invacare policies will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination of employment.
